ANNOUNCING FREE VACCINATION CAMP
ORGANISED BY G.S.B. SABHA(R)K.C.G.
To be held on the : 15th Aug 2021 (Sunday)
At Shree Balaji Mandir Kurla.
 
Criteria:

The camp is held only for our GSB Samaj Bandhavas.

COVISHIELD Vaccine only will be made available.  

Limited 250 Doses – to be made available on first cum first serve basis.

1st and 2nd Dose will be given for 18 yrs. Above.

Eligible members for 2nd Dose will need to have a minimum gap of 84 days between the 2 doses.

COWIN REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY

Post the cut-off date, if we do not attain the participation,  we will open the slots for general public for enrolments.

IMP NOTE:
- This is humanitarian service that the Sabha is rendering.
- Request you to please be certain before enrolling to ensure that you make it to the camp.  
- If for any reason you aren’t able to make it we will expect a courtesy call in advance (min 2 days prior to the camp),  so that we can offer the slot to some one deserving.
